I rang you at about noon yesterday, Tuesday 22nd, about my washing machine.
You booked an engineer for this morning between 8 + 10.
He arrived soon after nine o’clock.
I was worried because the manufacturer’s own engineer had told me it was a difficult two man job (there is a tumble dryer sitting on top of the washing machine).
Your engineer, Dobi, said that most Bosch machines allow access to the motor through the front door! He changed the motor brushes and in less than 20 minutes the machine was repaired for a very reasonable charge – less than the minimum quoted by Bosch!
I am very pleased with your service and with the knowledge and courtesy of your engineer.
