About Our Engineers

Our engineers are at the heart of what we do. Based across London, they know the local area well and aim to get to you quickly, ready to fix the problem.

All of our engineers are fully qualified, experienced, and DBS-checked, so you can feel comfortable and safe when booking a visit. They arrive in clearly marked vans, wearing our dark blue uniform with ID badges, so you know exactly who you’re letting into your home.

With experience across all major appliance brands, our engineers carry a wide range of spare parts, allowing many repairs to be completed on the first visit. Our vans are GPS-tracked, helping us manage bookings efficiently and keep you informed.

We focus on doing the job properly, with clear communication and no unnecessary delays, so you can get back to normal as quickly as possible.

Repair Aid covers the whole of Greater London, which is divided into areas including East London, West London, Central London (the City), North London, and South London.
